Location and Context
The proposed extension area is some 13.3ha in extent. Located to the north of the Hartlebury Trading Estate, within the parish of Elmley Lovett within the Wychavon district of Worcestershire.
The village of Hartlebury lies approximately 1.5km to the west of the site. Situated some 1.5km to the east of the A449, Ryland Lane runs to eastern boundary.
Hartlebury railway station is located approximately 1.2km to the west.
The site is already connected to Hartlebury brickworks to the west. A new crossing point on Walton Road will be required for access to Waresley Brickworks.

Transport
All clay extracted will be transported direct to the brickworks for storage prior to processing for use.
Two road crossings will be required. One exists already.

Public rights of way 554C will be manned with a banksman when clay is transported to Waresley.
